The Booking

The FAQ

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies based on the size and complexity of your tattoo. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

The process starts when you submit your booking request. Our team will review your information and if we need any additional details, we'll reach out to you. Once we have all the necessary information, our artists will be notified and you'll be contacted directly via email by one of our talented artists to discuss your booking request.

We welcome first-time clients! For the best experience, make sure to eat a good meal before your appointment and bring some snacks to maintain your energy levels. Stay hydrated, get plenty of rest the night before, and wear comfortable clothing. Our experienced artists will guide you through the entire process, ensuring you're comfortable and informed every step of the way.

After your session, our artists will provide detailed instructions about the do's and don'ts for optimal healing, including what to look out for during the healing process. For comprehensive aftercare information, you can also visit our aftercare guide at independenceink.com.au/after-care.

Each tattoo is unique, so pricing varies based on size, style, and time-complexity involved. Your artist will provide you with an accurate quote prior to booking, and the total price will be confirmed when arranging your deposit. Feel free to discuss your budget during the booking process.

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows our artists sufficient time to fill their schedule. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, your deposit cannot be transferred to a new appointment. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps ensure our artists can maintain their schedules effectively.
